How company verification works

LIST.ENERGY is a business directory managed by UK Petroleum Co. Ltd. Companies apply to be listed, but submissions are not published automatically. Our team requests and reviews evidence of the company’s legal identity, website, business activities and relevant qualifications where available.

Information we may request

Company registration details and jurisdiction, business website and verified contact channel, scope of products and services, operating markets, certificates and their validity dates, and permission to publish contact information. Additional evidence may be requested for a project or procurement shortlist.

Publication and corrections

Once reviewed, a company may be approved for a standard directory listing. Public business contact details are displayed only where publication permission is recorded. Companies may request corrections or removal through the contact form. Listings are periodically reviewed.

Important distinction

Directory verification is an administrative review, not accreditation, certification, financial due diligence or proof of eligibility for a particular tender. Project-specific qualifications, experience, available capacity and willingness to join a consortium require separate confirmation.
